What Happens in a Session

Each Kundalini Awareness Session unfolds in a calm, contained environment and typically includes:

• Gentle grounding to settle attention and orient awareness inward

• Breath-based guidance to support ease and coherence

• Periods of stillness and inward listening

• Space for spontaneous sensations, emotions, or subtle movements, if they arise

Nothing is forced or induced. The session follows the individual’s natural rhythm and capacity.
