The body is not a machine to be controlled. It is a living intelligence—a continuously adapting system that communicates through sensation, posture, breath, and energy levels. Every signal the body produces is informational. Nothing is random.
Discomfort, stiffness, restlessness, and fatigue are not failures. They are messages indicating load, imbalance, or unmet needs. When these messages are ignored, the body does not “break”; it adapts by increasing intensity until attention is restored.
This is why many people only become aware of their body when symptoms become disruptive. By that stage, the signal has already been amplified multiple times.
From a yogic perspective, vitality emerges when the body is heard early, not managed late.
