The Spontaneous Integration Session within YOGA5D is designed for individuals who prefer a flexible, adaptive approach rather than selecting a predefined service.

Instead of following a fixed structure, the session responds to what is most relevant in the moment, based on conversation, observation, and the participant’s stated priorities.

Spontaneity here does not mean intuition-led intervention, but responsiveness within clear professional boundaries.


How the Session Is Oriented

The session begins with a short, grounded conversation to clarify:

• Current focus and challenges

• Physical, emotional, or mental load

• Preferences, comfort level, and pacing

• What feels most relevant to explore today

This orientation replaces assessment or diagnosis and ensures transparency and consent.


What Happens in a Session

Each Spontaneous Integration Session unfolds in a calm, structured way and may include a combination of approaches already offered within YOGA5D, such as:

• Breath-based awareness

• Body-based movement or posture

• Guided reflection or meditation

• Emotional regulation practices

• Stillness or integration time

The selection and sequence emerge collaboratively during the session and can be adjusted at any time.
