Bespoke services are services that are booked using the online calendar at a fixed price. Exclusive services are provided on request and a price quote is provided as per your requirement.

You can book a session using the booking calendar. You can select the type of services in the list on the right side box.
You can cancel and reschedule any session from my orders: with out making additional payment or additional wallet hours. The option to cancel and reschedule will disappear 48 hours prior to the booked time. Link
No the reschedule option will stay in my orders as long as you do not book another session. We advise you to use the option within a maximum of 3 months after the payment.
