Environment and Spatial Awareness Program – Basic Level

Understanding how surroundings influence perception, mood, and behaviour

Overview

The Basic Level of the Environment and Spatial Awareness Program introduces participants to the relationship between physical environments and human experience.

This level focuses on observation and awareness rather than correction or optimisation. Participants learn how everyday surroundings may influence attention, emotional state, comfort, and stress levels.

The program does not assess health, diagnose conditions, or claim energetic measurement. It supports conscious observation and informed adjustment of space.

Purpose of the Basic Level

The Basic Level is designed to:

• Build awareness of how environments are perceived

• Introduce principles of spatial psychology and human–environment interaction

• Encourage reflective observation of personal living and working spaces

• Establish a neutral language for discussing space and impact

No prior experience is required.
