Rather than offering advice or solutions, this session focuses on orientation. It helps clarify where you are starting from and what type of inner work is appropriate, realistic, and sustainable for you.

The session is designed to create clarity, set expectations, and ensure that any further work is well-matched to your capacity and needs.


Before the Session

To ensure the session is focused and effective, you will be asked to:

• Complete a registration and background form (online or at the start of the session)

• Share relevant information about your lifestyle, current pressures, and intentions

This preparation allows the session to remain practical, respectful of your time, and free from unnecessary repetition.


Why This Session Is Required
