This calm programme is designed for children in the early school years, when routines expand, separation increases, and sensory and social demands grow quietly.
The programme provides a predictable calm environment that children return to regularly over time. It does not ask children to explain feelings, perform calm, or use techniques. Calm is experienced, not instructed.
Each calm experience opens gradually and may be repeated as often as needed. Progression is paced to protect emotional safety and prevent overload.
The programme supports nervous-system settling beneath behaviour, helping children feel steady during transitions, group settings, and busy days.
This programme is supplementary to school and parenting. It does not replace education, guidance, or care.
