Overview
The Intermediate Level builds on foundational awareness and introduces structured approaches to observing and adjusting environments for clarity, comfort, and functionality.
Participants learn how small, conscious changes in layout, usage, and organisation may influence daily experience and behaviour.
This level remains non-clinical and non-diagnostic, focusing on lived experience rather than measurement or guarantees.
Prerequisite
Completion of the Environment and Spatial Awareness Program – Basic Level
Purpose of the Intermediate Level
The Intermediate Level is designed to:
• Deepen understanding of spatial patterns
• Support conscious adjustment of environments
• Explore how space interacts with routine, work, and rest
• Develop confidence in applying awareness-based changes

Practical Assignments
Participants may be invited to:
• Create a simple spatial map of one environment
• Experiment with layout or usage changes
• Reflect on emotional, attentional, or comfort shifts
Changes are reversible and exploratory, not prescriptive.

4 to 6 sessions
Approximately 2 hours per session
