This Family Hour Package provides 20 shared hours that can be used by couples or family members under a single account. It is designed for families who want continuity, flexibility, and coordinated access to bespoke services over time.

The total package price is CHF 2600, equivalent to a reduced fixed rate of CHF 130 per hour. Hours are credited to the account after purchase and can be used by multiple authorised users within the same family or household.

You are not required to select specific services at the time of purchase. Hours may be used flexibly across eligible services listed under Bespoke Services, allowing different family members to book sessions according to their individual needs and schedules.

How the package works

After purchase, the total number of hours is credited to the account wallet. Family members can browse the Bespoke Services list, select the service they wish to book, and choose an available date and time through the booking calendar. Sessions are paid using the shared credited hours.

Booking confirmations are sent by email. Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled through the account, provided changes are made at least 48 hours in advance.
